Information collected & how it is used

When you send an inquiry, the form collects your name, email address, session type and message. You may also provide a preferred date, location or venue, phone number and how you heard about us. Please avoid including sensitive information in your message.

These details are used to respond to your request, discuss availability, plan photography services and keep records of our correspondence. Sending an inquiry is not a subscription to a marketing mailing list.

Website infrastructure providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages and request timestamps to deliver and protect the website.

Service providers & external links

• Cloudflare: hosts and delivers this website and provides infrastructure and security services. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
• FormSubmit: processes the information submitted through the inquiry form and forwards it to [email protected].
• Google: the receiving email address uses Gmail. Most pages also load typefaces through Google Fonts, which sends font requests to Google’s servers. See Google’s Privacy Policy.

These providers handle information under their own terms and policies. Data may be processed in the United States or other countries where providers operate. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.

Instagram and other external links take you to independent services. Their privacy practices apply when you visit them.

Cookies & similar technologies

With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits and successful inquiry submissions. The Google Analytics tag is not loaded until you accept optional analytics. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from browsing galleries or submitting an inquiry. No Meta Pixel is installed, and advertising consent remains disabled.

Google Analytics may process technical information, page activity and analytics identifiers. Our custom inquiry event records that an inquiry was submitted, not your name, email address, phone number or message. Our initial page configuration omits URL query strings and fragments and limits the referrer to its origin. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled in our website configuration. Your analytics choice is saved in this browser’s local storage for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies are configured with a 180-day lifetime. You can reopen Cookie settings in the footer to accept or reject analytics; rejecting it removes this site’s Google Analytics cookies and reloads the page to unload the tag. Browser Global Privacy Control signals keep optional analytics off. Infrastructure and form providers may use their own technologies for security, abuse prevention or service delivery.

Cloudflare may process site traffic and performance information as part of its hosting services. This should not be confused with advertising tracking.

You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some technologies may affect security checks or form delivery. If you prefer not to use the form, you can email us directly.

The website does not currently implement a separate response to browser Do Not Track signals. Our own website scripts do not include cross-site advertising tracking. Third-party services may handle browser signals differently.

Your choices & data retention

You can choose not to submit the form, leave optional fields blank or contact us by email instead. To request access to, correction of or deletion of information you have provided, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before handling a request.

Correspondence is retained for responding to inquiries, managing photography services and any applicable recordkeeping requirements. The appropriate retention period depends on the nature of the correspondence and any resulting booking. Third-party providers may retain their own records under their policies. Deletion requests are subject to applicable legal obligations.

Security & policy updates

The website uses HTTPS to protect data in transit. No website, email service or storage system can guarantee complete security.

This policy may be updated when the website or its services change. The latest version will appear here with a revised date.
